We kindly ask that you read these terms of use carefully before using our website, as they govern your experience on the site. By visiting this website or placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions outlined below. Our terms may change over time, so we recommend checking this page again when you visit in the future.

All agreements/purchases concluded between the buyer and the seller are subject to Belgian Law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts.

Products

Our selection at Intā Market is made with careful consideration. We strive to accurately depict and describe our products; however, we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen will perfectly match the actual items and artworks. Most of our products are handmade, upcycled, pre-owned, or sometimes vintage. They have been chosen for their raw, authentic beauty, which includes their imperfections. If you notice significant defects upon receiving your package, contact us at hello@intastudio.co within 7 days.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EURO, VAT included. We reserve the right to change prices with no prior notice. Prices do not include shipping, insurance and import/export duties and taxes. Prices for artworks do not include frames unless otherwise indicated. The shipping costs will be displayed upon check-out, when you have specified a delivery address. For international delivery, goods may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

Payment

We support payments via Stripe or Paypal. When visiting our studio, payments via cash and Payconiq are also welcome.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. In case we have any questions or important information concerning your order we will contact you by e-mail.

Shipping

We work with Bpost and PostNL to ship all items from Intā Market. Orders are shipped twice weekly. The shipping fee will be calculated during check-out.

Estimated time to arrival once posted is 1-2 working days (Belgium), 2-7 working days (EU) or up to 14 days outside Europe. Please take into account that Intā cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control, such as strikes, unexpected closing days or busy periods at the postal service.

All packages are shipped with tracking. You’ll be updated by your local postal service upon arrival. If you want to follow your package’s itinerary, please ask us for the tracking number by email.

If you selected in-store pickup, your package will be ready for you at our store the next opening day after placing your order.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days after you have received the package. Before sending the item(s) back, please contact hello@intastudio.co to arrange the return. Orders should be in perfect condition with undamaged packaging or labels. Shipping is at the risk and cost of the client. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Returns can also be done during our studio opening hours.
