In this practice, we invite some of the qualities of water into our movement:

fluidity, adaptability, and the gentle power that shapes landscapes over time. Water teaches us both strength and surrender, showing us how to move through challenges rather than against them.

Through dynamic yet soft sequences, our bodies find flow, releasing tension and opening up to pleasure and feeling.

Yoga is presence in motion.

A moment to be fully present in your body, breath, and feelings, and to be curious about what is unfolding in the now. Through postures (asanas), breathing exercises, and meditation, we address all layers of ourselves: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

These sessions invite you to move intuitively, to follow your own rhythm, and to feel what you need at that moment - Allowing yoga to grow further and deeper after the session ends, letting it move along with your daily life.

The theme varies per lesson and is often inspired by our deep connection with nature and the cyclical movements of life. Practicing yoga together has a special power, we create a ritual moment of presence, connection, and fun.

Level: Experience with yoga is not required, but it is comfortable.

Sharing information is one of the foundations of creating fertile grounds for psychedelics to flourish in the safest and most meaningful way possible. Mélodie Blaison is a French artist, flutist and composer based in Brussels. Integrating her classical training with experimental and electronic production, her research is rooted in a desire to create intimate, narrative, immersive and sensory experiences.

With a sensual, intimate approach to breath, her music, somewhere between acoustic and synthetic, is a ceremonial interval whose ghostly presences and organic harmonies disturb landmarks and stretch time into an emotional journey.

Avant le Rivage, released in 2024 on Wabi-Sabi Tapes, is his second album, following VINTVRI, released on Grande Rousse Disques in 2022.
